NEC Displays brings Norwegian 3D animation to their touch-screens at ISE 2019 in Amsterdam
The display experts will showcase their latest touch-screen technologies using work created by mixed reality and 3D animation boutique Haptiq.
Oslo, 1 February 2019 – Integrated Systems Europe is the world’s largest exhibition for AV and systems integration professionals, a location where markets and people come together to collaborate, learn and do business. The 2019 edition will attract over 1,300 exhibitors and 80,000 attendees, making it the biggest ISE so far.
NEC has gained a reputation as one of the highlights of the annual ISE show, and this year’s showcase promises to be just as compelling and exciting. “We are proud and honored that NEC asked to use our 3D animation to show off their latest touch-screen technology. In addition, they invited us to join them in Amsterdam for the week so we can discuss process, technique and implementation with their customer that are interested in going a little deeper,” says Haptiq CEO Ståle Lund-Andersen.
“We are really excited to have Haptiq’s work and skill-sets in our booth this year where we will be featuring display technologies that enable users to reach their audience more successfully, improve meeting outcomes, jumpstart collaboration and make a lasting impression in large venues.,” says NEC’s Business Development Manager Corporate EMEA, Gunnar Kyvik.
Visitors will get the chance to see all the different display technologies working in real-life scenarios, giving a realistic and compelling demonstration of their capabilities in a range of display applications grouped around three core focus areas: meeting and collaboration, digital signage, and large venues. NEC’s team of senior experts will also be on hand to advise on these devices’ different use cases, discuss industry challenges and how to solve them, and give one-to-one demonstrations of the company’s wide product portfolio.
“Our hi-res real-time 3D animation are suited for NEC’s core focus areas, but it’s showing off the touch-screen functionality that will be the focus of the projects we bring to the show. Our work on display in NEC’s booth will span several industries including, automotive, real estate development and health care”, says Arve Øverland, Haptiq’s chief Strategy Officer and ads, “we are really looking forward to meeting NEC’s customers.”
